Gave up on yoga class. No one has any muscle to speak of (and apparently no spine with some of the moves they perform) and the music is just too awful for words and I’m the kind of chick who’s gotta have her tunes. So I have started stretching after my weight workouts and I managed to touch my toes yesterday (with my fingertips) for a whole 10 seconds sans the screams of agony.

A good day I say.

Tonight, I’m going to work on that move where you stretch both your arms behind you back while lacing your fingers together. I may dislocate something in the process but I don’t care. I’m feelin’ reckless. I’m going for it!!
